Registration is now open. The registration fee is US $225 (regular) and US $175 (students) which includes the conference dinner on June 11. The registration deadline is May 04, 2024.
Travel Support Opportunities for Junior Researchers
We are pleased to be able to offer a small number of partial travel awards for junior researchers interested in presenting their research in this conference. If you wish to apply for this support, please submit the required documents to Yuanzhe Xi (yxi26@emory.edu). The deadline for the travel support application is March 24 and we will send the notification by March 31.
- Curriculum Vitae: Attach your most recent CV, detailing your academic background and relevant experiences.
- Statement of Purpose: Provide a concise statement explaining how participating in Precond24 will benefit your research endeavors and contribute to your professional development.
- Letter of Recommendation: Request a letter of recommendation from a senior colleague (such as your supervisor or department head). This letter should be written on official letterhead and outline your suitability for receiving travel support. Please send the recommendation letter directly to Yuanzhe Xi (yxi26@emory.edu).
Letter of Invitation
To request a Letter of Invitation from the local Conference Organizers, please complete the Letter of Invitation Request Form below. It is important to understand that the purpose of this visa invitation letter is solely to facilitate participants in acquiring a visa or permission to attend the conference. This should not be considered as a commitment from the organizers to bear any expenses or provide financial support.
Please be aware that all costs associated with attending the conference are the participant's responsibility.
Visa Information for International Participants
Nationals of certain countries will require a travel visa to enter the United States to attend Precond24 in Atlanta. We strongly advise all participants to check their visa requirements well in advance of their travel dates.
Please note that the issuance of a visa is at the sole discretion of the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. It is the responsibility of the participant to procure the necessary visa to attend Precond24.
