About me

I am a fourth year Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Mathematics at Emory University, working under the supervision of Prof. Lars Ruthotto and Prof. James Nagy. My research interests include image processing, machine learning and numerical optimization. I am currently working as an applied science intern at Amazon.

I am from Hong Kong and received my B.Sc. and M.Phil. in Mathematics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2016 and 2018, respectively. My M.Phil. thesis advisor was Prof. Raymond Chan.

In my free time I like to watch 60's movies and play retro video games.
