About this course

Gauss called number theory the "queen of Mathematics". We will cover some subset of the following topics: unique factorization, irrational numbers, residue systems, congruences, primitive roots, reciprocity laws, quadratic forms, arithmetic functions, partitions, Diophantine equations, distribution of primes.
