ORDER

I have been on the editorial board of ORDER since 1985, serving as Editor-in-Chief from 2007 to 2015. ORDER is published by Springer and is devoted to the theory and application of ordered sets in mathematics and computer science. Visit the journal webpages to see its Aims and Scope and members of the editorial board.

Here is a selection of journals that I find useful and interesting.

Algebra Universalis

Algebra Universalis (Springer) publishes papers in universal algebra, lattice theory and related areas.

Combinatorica

Combinatorica (Springer) is the journal of the Janos Bolyai Mathematical Society and publishes a wide variety of papers in combinatorics and theoretical computer science.

Combinatorics, Probability and
		     Computing

Combinatorics, Probability and Computing (Cambridge) is devoted to the three areas in the title, with emphasis on graph theory, extremal set theory, probabilistic methods and random combinatorial structures. Bela Bollobas is Editor-in-Chief.

Discrete Math

Discrete Mathematics (Elsevier) covers the breadth of discrete mathematics and combinatorics. Research articles, survey papers and short notes are published. Doug West is EiC and has done an excellent job of streamlining the operation and enhancing the quality of the journal.

Electronic Journal of
		       Combinatorics

The Electronic Journal of Combinatorics, founded by Herb Wilf and Neil Calkin in 1994, is a pioneering independent and fully electronic journal. It publishes in all branches of discrete mathematics.

Electronic Journal of
				      Combinatorics

The European Journal of Combinatorics (Elsevier) emphasizes the theory of combinatorics and linkage with other branches of mathematics and the theory of computing.

Electronic Journal of
				      Combinatorics

The Journal of Combinatorial Theory, Series A (Elsevier) emphasizes structures, designs and applications of combinatorics.

Electronic Journal of
				      Combinatorics

The Journal of Combinatorial Theory, Series B (Elsevier) deals primarily with graph theory, matroid theory and related areas in discrete mathematics.

Electronic Journal of
				      Combinatorics

Random Structures & Algorithms (Wiley) has two main purposes: to cover research in discrete random structures and to present applications of this research in combinatorics and computing. Founded and edited by colleagues at Adam Mickiewicz University, Michał Karoński and Andrzej Ruciński.

Electronic Journal of
				      Combinatorics

SIAM Journal on Discrete Mathematics publishes work in pure and applied combinatorics, graph theory, discrete optimization, operations research, coding theory and the theory of computing.
